Family Hoedown Dance and Pie Social

The CCCC invites one and all to join us for our Hoedown dance on Friday, February 5th, 2010 from 6:00pm - 9:30pm at Grace Church "Barn" in San Luis Obispo. Concert Choir parent and professional dance caller Debra Newby will guide the crowd through each step before we start our dances. You don't need to have a partner to have a rootin' tootin' great time. We will also have a pie-eating contest for both kids and adults, family photos, live music by some of our own students, and other activities to keep you entertained. Ticket prices are $12 for adults and $8 for children, and proceeds from this benefit event for our non-profit will be used to run events for our singers. Call or email us for more information.

Pacific Repertory Opera's La Boheme

A select group of CCCC singers will be performing at the Performing Arts Center in this wonderful Pacific Repertory Opera production of the classic opera, La Boheme. Performance dates will be Friday, April 9th, 2010 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, April 11th at 2:00 p.m. Please call PRO at 756-2787 for more information and tickets.

 

4th Annual Children & Youth Choir Festival

The CCCC will be hosting other choirs from around the state in a day long Choir Festival held at Grace Church, SLO, on Saturday, April 17th, 2010 from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm. Our special guest clinician will be offering musical guidance to choir groups and there will also be a variety of interest sessions available to assist teaching music techniques.

2010 Spring Concert

The Central Coast Children’s Choir will perform their 2010 Spring Concert at Grace Church, San Luis Obispo on Saturday, May 8th, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. Join us for a musical journey the day before Mother's Day.

Black and White On Broadway Benefit Concert

The Central Coast Children’s Choir will host a fabulous evening of rich entertainment accompanies by divine food and wine on Friday, May 21, 2010 at the Monday Club in SLO. Expect to be dazzled by our musical guests as they perform Broadway hits. There will be a wide selection of fine auction items to fit every budget. All proceeds from this memorable evening will help CCCC continue to teach and inspire music in the children of SLO County. More details to come soon...
